2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.191 of 2016 before the 3rd respondent.

3. The 3rd respondent-police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report or a closure Report as the case may be, expeditiously, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
