ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to issue appropriate direction to the 2nd respondent to file the final report in the case registered in FIR No.201 of 2025 dated 14.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the case in Crime No.201 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of SC/SCT (PoA) Act, was registered on 14.05.2025, till date no charge sheet has not been filed. He further submitted that whenever a complaint is lodged by the downtrodden under the atrocities Act, the police are reluctant to conduct investigation and they either protract the case or close the case on the same day. Therefore, the present petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on enquiry, it was found that the dispute is civil in nature and it is a motivated complaint. Therefore, they have filed the closure report on 19.06.2025 before 2/5

the Special Court constituted for the offence under the SC/ST Act.

4. In view of the above, the jurisdictional Special Court is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is directed to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
