The present petition has been filed to recall the order dated 28.04.2023 made in W.P.No.13777 of 2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the relief sought for by the petitioner is only to change the HTSC number from No.049094360085 to HTSC No.049094370400, however inadvertently, the petition has been filed for recall. It is further submitted that in the writ petition, the HTSC Number has been inadvertently given as No.049094360085 instead of No.049094370400. Therefore, this Court may direct the Registry to amend the said HTSC No. in the order dated 28.04.2023 from HTSC No.049094360085 to HTSC No. 049094370400.

3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for the same.

4. In view of the above, wherever HSTC No.049094360085 appears in the order dated 28.04.2023, the same shall stand replaced with HTSC No.049094370400. All other directions issued in the order dated Page No:1/3

28.04.2023 stall stand undisturbed. The writ miscellaneous petition is ordered in the aforesaid terms.

5. Registry is directed to make the necessary correction and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
