These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed (a) to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 6 as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st Appellant and rank them as respondents 3 to 6 and (b) to declare the 4th proposed respondent as a major and also to discharge the guardianship of the court guardian C.Jayakumar, Advocate, Salem in the main appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed as prayed for.
