Crl.O.PNo.18019 of 2021 Crl.O.P.No.18019 of 2021 in Crl.A.SR.No.33084 of 2021 P.VELMURUGAN.,J The petitioner is the appellant. Though filed the case against the respondents in S.C.No.286 of 2014 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, the learned Special Judge, after trial, convicted A1, A3 and A5 and acquitted all the other accused. A3 and A5 already filed appeals against the order of conviction in Crl.A.Nos.465 of 2020 and 206 of 2021 respectively. Now, the State has filed appeal against the order of acquittal of other accused. Therefore, both the appeals are to be heard jointly.
