RAVICHANDAR, Advocate for the 1, 2 and 4 Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed praying to order Substituted Service to the seventh respondent by way of effecting publication in a daily newspaper so as to complete the service in the above suit. 2.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. The petioner is directed to take paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural", Villupuram Edition, by mentioning the hearing date as 15.11.2021. The publication shall be effected atleast 10 days prior to the next date of hearing.
