PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus to call for the records connected with proceedings issued in Letter No. 4007/VeVa2(2)/2009-1 dt 16.10.2009 passed by the 1st respondent and Letter No.A Va Pi.2/3374/2008 dt 5.3.2010 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in same quarters.
