A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this application, it is stated that originally the Writ was preferred by one F.Mohammed Ali on behalf of the Masjid and now the petitioner is only taking care of the affairs of the Masjid after the death of the original petitioner.

2. In view thereof, the substitution petition is ordered as prayed for.
