O R D E R

The learned Government Advocate submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.7928 of 2023 dated 15.03.2023 has been complied with, since the representation of the petitioners has been considered and rejected by the Tahsildar, Guindy Taluk, through his proceedings in Proc.No. A1/1047/2023 dated 20.09.2024, wherein it is stated that their office is unable to survey and point out the boundaries of the land, in view of various encroachments in the said property. 2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in accordance with law.
