This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in connection with W.L.O.R. No.1 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Thirupathur and to quash the same.

2 Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in the case has been completed; complaint has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Vellore and the petitioner is now challenging the Section 161, Cr.P.C. statement.

3 Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
