ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 22.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7624 of 2024, thereby directing the respondents to revisit the order of order of suspension dated 02.08.2021, passed by the second respondent and to reinstate the petitioner into service and post him in a non-sensitive post, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent passed order dated 28.08.2024, thereby stated that the order of suspension cannot be revoked as a criminal case filed by the District Vigilance and Anti Corruption is under trial. He also produced a copy of the order dated 28.08.2024 passed by the first respondent before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
