C.M.P.No.13938 of 2022 has been filed by the petitioner/appellant to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the proposed respondents has no objection for condoning the delay and for setting aside the abatement. 3.In view of the same, the delay is condoned and the abatement is set aside. The petitions in C.M.P.Nos.13936 & 13938 of 2022 are ordered. Consequently, C.M.P.No.13939 of 2022 is also ordered.
