ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 12.09.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.18423 of 2013, thereby directing the respondents to settle all consequential service and monetary benefits to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent passed order dated 27.08.2024, thereby partly complied the order passed by this Court. Insofar as the monetary benefits, it will be paid to the petitioner separately. He also produced a copy of the order dated 27.08.2024 passed by the first respondent before this Court.

Considering the above submission, the respondents are directed to disburse the monetary befits to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
