death of the former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Ms.J.Jayalalitha, by considering the detailed complaint of the petitioner dated 05.03.2018.

2. The fact remains that an Enquiry Commission has been appointed by the Government, headed by the retired Judge of the High Court. While so, the present petition has been filed on frivolous grounds. Hence, this petition is dismissed, by imposing cost of Rs.50,000/- to the petitioner payable to the Legal Services Authority, High Court, Chennai.
