This petition has been filed to modify the condition 7(b) imposed upon the petitioner, by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12753 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, while granting anticipatory bail the petitioner had directed him to report before the respondent Police everyday. He further submitted that the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail in respect of Crime Nos.24 & 102 of 2013 registered against him, on the file of the Anakkavoor and Thanipadi Police Stations respectively, with a condition to report before the Sivagangai Police Station, thereby, the petitioner was unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in this case. Therefore, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. In view of the above, the condition 7(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.12753 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 alone modified as follows:- [b] the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Sivagangai Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent Police on the first Saturday of every month at 06.30 pm., until further orders."
