ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 06.02.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.20699 of 2023, thereby quashed the proceeding issued by the respondent to recover the excess amount paid to the petitioners. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent passed an order dated 10.09.2024, thereby restored the pay of the petitioners as per the recommendation of the one man commission. He also produced a copy of the order dated 10.09.2024 before this Court.
