2. Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel for the fifth respondent in W.P.No.19822 of 2018 submitted that in Paragraph No.14 of the order dated 08.12.2021 in W.P. Nos.19822 and 14508 of 2018 and 31799 of 2019, the last sentence shall read as "the restoration is subject to the result of the proceedings before the third respondent."

3. Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel for the fifth respondent in W.P.No.19822 of 2018, the Paragraph No.14 of the order dated 08.12.2021 in W.P.Nos.19822 and 14508 of 2018 and 31799 of 2019, shall read as follows:- ''14. Considering the above, the fifth and sixth respondents are directed to restore the name of the petitioner in respect of the land comprised in S.No.16/18 ad-measuring to an extent of 50 cents situated at Alandur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The restoration is subject to the result of the proceedings before the third respondent.''

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order and issue fresh order copy.
