The matter is listed today upon being mentioned by learned counsel for the plaintiffs. By order dated 11.08.2022, four applications filed by the plaintiffs seeking amendment of the plaint and the pending interlocutory applications were allowed after recording that the respondents have no objection to the same.
2. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs states that an inadvertent error was contained in the Judge's summons relating to A.No.3244 of 2022. In specific, it is pointed out that amendment VI sets out the same prayer as in amendment V.
3. Upon considering the above submission, the request of the plaintiffs under memo dated 25.08.2022 is liable to be acceded to. Accordingly, the plaintiffs are permitted to carry out the amendments by substituting the original prayer (c) in the plaint with the following: https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

rna "For a permanent injunction restraining the defendants in anyway stating, publishing, declaring, broadcasting, disseminating or claiming that the plaintiffs are not lawfully entitled to sell the schedule A property to any party"
4. As a consequence of this development, the time for carrying out the amendments requires revision. The amendments shall be carried out on or before 07.09.2022. A copy of the amended plaint and applications shall be served on learned counsel for the defendants within a week thereafter.
5. List the matter on 14.09.2022.
