When the matter was listed for hearing on 04.02.2025, none appeared on behalf of the appellant and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 10.02.2025. Subsequently, pursuant to the appearance of the counsel on 10.02.2025, the dismissal caption was removed and the matter was posted for hearing today on the basis of the specific request of the learned counsel for the appellant.

2. However, again there is no representation for the appellant today, which shows that either the appellant or the learned counsel for the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case before this Court.
