Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the 5th respondent to investigate and conduct inquiry in the presence of the petitioner with regard to the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.12.2015, 08.07.2016, 19.02.2016 etc., and thereby, further direct the 7th respondent to register F.I.R. based on the findings of the said 5th respondent.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 5th respondent to investigate and conduct inquiry in the presence of the petitioner with regard to the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.12.2015, 08.07.2016, 19.02.2016 etc., and thereby, further direct the 7th respondent to register F.I.R. based on the findings of the said 5th respondent.

2. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499] and in view of the law laid down in Emperor Vs. Khwaja Nazir Ahmed [AIR 1945 PC 18], a direction as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted.
