The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since trial completed in Crl.Appeal.No.82 of 2017 and the same was posted for judgment by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. 2.In the light of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
