ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to release the two wheeler which was seized by the second 1/5
respondent on 12.03.2022.

The petitioner owns a two wheeler-splendor bearing registration No.TN 30 BW 5145. While being so, the said vehicle was seized by the second respondent in view of the registration of FIR in crime No.51 of 2022 with allegation of illegal transportation of Public Distribution Scheme rice. Now the first respondent is about to pass final order by imposing penalty to release the vehicle. 3.
In view of the above, after passing final order, the petitioner can pay the fine amount and take back the two wheeler. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 05.06.2024 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order lok 2/5
