O R D E R

The learned counsel for parties jointly state that the mandate of the existing Arbitrator has to be terminated on account of the ill-health. Ordered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ accordingly.

2. It is proposed and agreed that Mrs.Justice Prabha Sridevan, a retired Judge of this Court, would be substituted in place of the Arbitrator earlier appointed.

3.Thus, Mrs.Justice Prabha Sridevan, a retired Judge of this Court, is substituted in place of the Arbitrator earlier appointed. The records may be obtained from the earlier Arbitrator to be transmitted to the Arbitrator now appointed.

4.The Original Petition, accordingly, stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
