Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to set aside the order dated 24.06.2019 made in Crl.MP.No.736 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.No.653 of 2019 made by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur and consequently relax the condition imposed.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed by the Court below while granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petitioner was directed to report before the respondent Police at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., daily.
