The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that though they have initially objected for the settlement of the retirement benefits, now, the third respondent has given "No Objection" to the Treasury Officer so as to release the retirement benefits vide his letter dated 13.06.2025 and the same is recorded.
2. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
