ORDER

This petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and his property.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 17.06.2019 and proceed further in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Lalitha Kumari Vs.
