ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.578 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Velacherry Police Station, Chennai - 42.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.2529 of 2024 by the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
