(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.11.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b) and 307 of IPC r/w Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act altered into Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 120(b) and 307 of I.P.C., in Crime No. 54 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982 in D.O.No.67 of 2020 dated 24.11.2020 by the District Collector, Tiruvallur district.
