This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15311 of 2022 on 01.07.2022 to stay at Salem and report before the Inspector of Police, Shevapet Police Station, Salem daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
