Learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff has stated no objection for allowing this application, which has been filed by the applicant/defendant seeking to order converting the instant suit from being tried as a summary suit into an ordinary suit by this Court.

vga 2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant/ defendant for converting the suit.

3.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent/plaintiff in the main suit. 4.Post the suit on 08.01.2025 for filing of written statement. 5.Learned counsel for the defendant would submit that the service of suit summons on the defendant should be calculated from today. 6.Learned counsel for the plaintiff has stated no objection for the same. 7.Accordingly, it is deemed that the suit summons are served on the defendant today.
