ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed in the anticipatory bail order dated 24.03.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No.2486 of 2026 on the file of the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and on perusal of the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai dated 24.03.2026, it is seen that 207 foreign liquor bottles have been seized from the petitioner. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to modify the order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 15-06-2026 SHL To:
