The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 143, 294(b), 342, 323, 506(1) of IPC, in Crime No.294 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that, due to previous enmity, the petitioner had assaulted the defacto complainant and also abused in filthy language. Hence, the case.
3. It is seen that, earlier the petitioner was convicted for an offence under Section 302 of IPC. Thereafter, when he was released on bail, he had involved in the present case. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
