ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.07.2021 for the offence under Sections 394 r/w 397 of I.P.C in Cr.No.282 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner alleged to have robbed a sum of Rs.5,000/- from the defacto complainant at knife point. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and she has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has been in jail from 26.07.2021 Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner. He further submits that this Court had dismissed the bail application for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16517 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021 Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner and this Court had dismissed the bail application for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16517 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021 and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
