Ms.R.S.Indira, Govt.Advocate (crl.Side) Order This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P. No.7654 of 2026 dated 28.04.2026 in Crl.O.P. No.7623 of 2026 dated 26.03.2026, wherein the petitioner was directed to stay at Thiruchuli and report before Thiruchuli Police Station, Aruppukottai Main Road, Virudhunagar District everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.3 of the order dated 28.04.2026 passed in Crl.M.P. No.7654 of 2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Thiruchuli Police Station, Aruppukottai Main Road, Virudhunagar District on alternate working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 19-06-2026 RKP
