Respondents Prayer: This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents jointly and severally to pay a compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) for the loss of right eye sight pain, mental agony, suffering and damage caused to the petitioner's son Master Suresh.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to pay a compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) for the loss of right eye sight pain, mental agony, suffering and damage caused to the petitioner's son Master Suresh.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already the matter has been settled before the Mediation. Hence nothing survives in this writ petition.
