This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5725 of 2023 on 11.04.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation is completed, final report filed and taken on file in C.C.No.4769 of 2023 by the learned Special Metropolitan Magistrate for CCB and CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, petitioners are directed to report before the Special Metropolitan Magistrate for CCB and CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008 on all hearing dates without fail.
