This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that petitioner should report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.OP.No.12589 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, petitioner did not comply with the conditions imposed on him in Crl.OP.No.12589 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023.

3. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition in Crl.OP.No.12589 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed 25.07.2023 gd G.CHANDRASEKHARAN.
