This petition has been filed seeking permission to amend the cause title in the petition by substituting the name of the petitioner company as M/s.Ashok Leyland Ltd., in the place of M/s.Hinduja Foundries Ltd.,

2. Heard Mr.Rahul Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Ravi, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent reports no objections to amend the cause title.
