This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6560 of 2023 on 11.04.2023 to stay at Tiruchirappalli and report before the Inspector of Police, Palakarai Police Station, Sangillyandapuram, Tiruchirapalli everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the Inspector of Police, Nagapattinam Town Police Station, Nagapattinam on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st & 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
