On our repeated queries, finally we have elicited the answer from the petitioner/appellant that really she wants the Administrator to be replaced. Really speaking, that is not an issue arising from the impugned order from which the appeal is sought to be preferred, apart from the fact that there is a delay of almost one year, for which there is no cogent explanation. 2.Miscellaneous Petition seeking condonation of delay stands dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner / appellant to take such steps in law as she may be advised, for the relief which she really seeks.
