The present Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute the name of the proposed petitioners on behalf of the Writ Petitioner L.Sureshdas (Late) in the above Writ Petition and to permit them to contest the above Writ Petition in W.P.No.28425 of 2013 as petitioners 2 and 3.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in W.P.No.28425 of 2013.

4. Post the matter on 05.09.2022.
