PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to direct the 3rd respondent to lift the lien charge dated 17.1.2013 and release the fixed deposit amount of Rs.5,00,000/- bearing receipt No. 165704111200122 in the name of the petitioner together with interest from the date of deposit.
