PRAYER : This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for to issue Writ of Mandamus directing respondent herein to consider the petitioner's application dated 17.08.2021 and consequently direct them for surveying the land and fixing the boundary stone around the land in S.No.583/36, to the extent of 0.30 cents, situated at Vadamangalam-Puliyampatti Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District and pass orders accordingly. This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for to issue Writ of Mandamus directing respondent herein to consider the petitioner's application dated 17.08.2021 and consequently direct them for surveying the land and fixing the boundary stone around the land in S.No.583/36, to the extent of 0.30 cents, situated at Vadamangalam-Puliyampatti Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District and pass orders accordingly. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents as well as perused the material available on records.

3. Having considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as the petitioner seeks limited prayer to survey the land and fix boundary stones in his own land, this Court without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's Application dated 17.08.2021 vide Chel lan No.20210817354442 to survey the land in S.No.583/36, to the extent of 0.30 cents, situated at Vadamangalam-Puliyampatti Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri Distric and fix boundary stones around the said land owned by the petitioner herein as per revenue records within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order
