Heard Mr.K.Gandhi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Anandakumar, learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 2.The prayer of the petitioner is for a mandamus directing respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2020. No counter has been filed till date and learned Government Advocate accedes to the receipt of
representation, as acknowledgement is placed in the compilation and assures the Court that the same will be disposed expeditiously. 3.The petitioner has also sought a positive direction that the consideration of the petitioner's representation should be based on the recommendations of R4 and R5 dated 27.07.2020 and 01.09.2020. 4.Mandamus is issued to the Assistant Director, Department of Fisheries/R4, who Mr.Anandakumar states is the appropriate authority to consider the request of the petitioner. In doing so, R4 shall hear the petitioner as well as R6, private respondent upon whom the petitioner has not taken notice thus far. Let the representation be disposed expeditiously. 5.This writ petition is disposed as above.
