This matter was listed on 01.02.2018 and on that day, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant, despite the matter being called twice and the appellant being called and remaining absent, the Registry was directed to list the matter today under the caption "for dismissal".
2. Today also when the matter is called twice, there is no representation for the appellant. Appellant called absent. The second appeal is therefore dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
