A.Nos.4170, 4248, 4249 and 4246 of 2023 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., These applications have been filed under Section 29 A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for extension of time for the arbitrator to pronounce the arbitral award. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing these applications.

2. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicants for seeking extension. Accordingly, these applications are allowed as prayed for and the arbitrator is directed to pronounce the arbitral award within a period of 5 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
