These petition is filed to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the respective appeals.

Heard Mr.S.Namasivayam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Anandhamurthy, learned counsel for the respondent.

The delay is only 60 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 60 days in filing the respective appeals is condoned.

Accordingly, these petitions stand ordered.
