This writ petition has been filed to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in proceedings Na.Ka.No.3450/2021/A2 dated 01.09.2021 on the file of the second respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to issue legal heir certificate to the petitioners. 2.

When the matter was listed on 06.06.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 07.06.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 10.06.2024, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
