This is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.05.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 & 380 of IPC in crime No. 78 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The case of the prosecution is that de-facto complainant, who is the daughter of the deceased and sister of the petitioner herein lodged a complaint on 19.05.2022 stating that her father is missing. After investigation, the respondent police found out that there were blood stains in the deceased house and investigation revealed that the petitioner herein had beaten his father to death and buried his body after confining it in a barrel at Kaveripakkam in Tiruvannamalai District.
3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16552 of 2022, on 18.07.2022, considering the fact that the petitioner had committed very serious and heinous offence as against his father.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, and that there is no change in circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
