The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 336, 392, 397, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.497 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons were alleged to have snatched Rs.560/- from the de-facto complainant at knife point. Hence, the case.

3. It is a case of Section 397 of IPC. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
